How much is the present tariff of water supply?

Tariff of drinking water supply, drainage and wastewater treatment retail services for resident-customers is 180 AMD/m3 (including VAT)

Who can we apply to in case of a complaint/recommendation on the services provided

Firstly, one should apply to the 1-85 Call Center of Yerevan Djur CJSC, present the issue, inform the address and phone number of the apartment. One may also apply to the Customer Service Offices of Yerevan Djur CJSC or submit the written complaints/recommendations via the section “Contact us” of the Company Website.

How is the resident informed on the water supply schedule

The Water Supply Schedule approved by the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission is published in the press 2 times a year, on which the public is being informed through the Mass Media. One may be informed of this also from the 1-85 Call Center, Customer Service Offices, the Company Website, the PSRC, Yerevan Municipality, the staff of the relevant Administrative Districts and Village Municipalities, as well as the section “Contact us” of the Website.

How is the public informed on water cuts

Except for the breakdowns in the Company system, the water cuts are caused by the planned construction works and breakdown elimination works. The Customers are informed on the water cuts through the Mass Media, phone calls and/or individual SMSs. One can be informed on this also from the 1-85 Call Center, the Company Website and the Facebook, as well as via the section “Contact us” of the Website. 

How to deal if the quality of the water flowing from the tap is doubtful

One should immediately inform on this the 1-85 Call Center of Yerevan Djur CJSC, present the issue, inform the address and phone number of the apartment. The employees of the Central Laboratory of the Company will visit you; they will carry out on-site water sampling, check its quality and its compliance with the stated Sanitary Norms and Rules.

How to become a Customer of Yerevan Djur CJSC

In order to become a Customer of Yerevan Djur CJSC, it is necessary to submit an application to the Customer Service Office, attaching the below mentioned documents:
a) For physical persons:
- a copy of an identification document (in case of an authorized person - a copy of an identification document of the authorized person);
- a copy of the document certifying the rights to the land (building, structure);
- in case of a private house, the approved schematic layout of the object (Scale 1:500 and 1:2000).
b) For legal entities or individual entrepreneurs:
- a copy of an identification document of the Director (in case of an authorized person - a copy of an identification document of the authorized person);
- in case of an authorized person - the original Power of Attorney given in the stated order;
- a copy of the document certifying the rights to the land (building, structure);
- the approved schematic layout of the object (Scale 1:500 and 1:2000);
- a copy of State Registration Certificate;
- a copy of the Technical Condition's registration number.
 
 

How to rename the Customer Card in case of buying a new apartment

Firstly, during the purchase of an apartment from the Seller, to avoid further complications the Purchaser shall request that the Seller clarify his/her financial relationship with the Company. Then the owner of the apartment (also the co-owner or the authorized representative, based on the Power of Attorney ratified by the Notary) should submit an application to the Customer Service Office on renaming, with the attached copies of the passport and Certificate of Ownership.

Where one may apply if there are discrepancies in the bills for the water consumed

One should apply to the relevant Customer Service Office of Yerevan Djur CJSC or call the 1-85 Call Center, and a complaint in written may be submitted via the section “Contact us”. 

What are the necessary actions if you are going away for a long time

One should notify the relevant Customer Service Office on this in written or call the 1-85 Call Center, after which the Company will seal the water line valve and prepare a relevant Act.

What to do if the water consumption give rise to doubt

In such cases one should apply to the relevant Customer Service Office or call the 1-85 Call Center for removal of the water meter seal, after which it will be allowed to dismantle the water meter and submit it to the Water Meter Testing Laboratory (in the “Aeratsia” Wastewater Treatment Plant area, Shiraki 94, Yerevan). All these works are carried out by the means of the Customer.

What to do if there is a need to dismantle the water meter because of a breakdown or the apartment repair

In case of the apartment repair one should apply to the relevant Customer Service Office, and in case of a water line breakdown, if a prompt repair is needed, one should call the 1-85 Call Center and inform the address and the phone number of the apartment. After the works completion and the water meter reinstallation it is necessary to apply to the above mentioned Services once more for the relevant calculation of the water consumption and re-sealing of the water meter. 

What privileges are defined on the water fee

The right on discounted payment of 50% of the water and wastewater services fee according to the GoA Decree No. 251, Clause 2, sub-points (d) and (e) dated 08.07.1997 may be applied only by the citizens of the following groups:
d) Heroes of the former Soviet Union, Heroes of Socialist Labor, National Heroes of Armenia, Persons awarded “Military Cross” 1st and 2nd degree medals and "Glory"  3-class medal.
e) Individual pensioners.

Is Yerevan Djur CJSC entitled to demand the Customers to pay the debts incurred during the years of Yerevan Water and Sewage CJSC

No, the Company is not entitled to do so. Yerevan Djur CJSC is not the successor of Yerevan Water and Sewage CJSC.
