1-85, 011-300-185 Call Center

In order to ensure quick responses to the Customers’ complaints/enquiries and recommendations, since 2009 in the system there operate the 1-85 Call Center, on a “Hotline” principle.

The service operators receive phone calls as well as make callbacks to the people whom it had been impossible to respond in time because of being the phoneline busy. Moreover, in order to improve the service quality, the telephone calls are recorded enabling to get appropriate explanations on controversial issues if necessary.
The Call Center operate on “24/7/365” principle. The information received from the Customers is transferred to the relevant services of the Company on-line in order to respond within the terms stated by the RA Legislation.
