In order to be closer to the consumers, 6 Customer Service Offices (CSO) operate in the Veolia Jur CJSC system. They work from Monday to Friday from 09.00a.m. to 06.00p.m.
Hundreds of citizens contact daily with various issues such as: new connections, getting Technical Conditions for the water line construction permits, changing the property titles of the residences, settling the debts, fixing water line and sewer breakdowns, regulating the water pressure, installing and repairing water meters, checking the water supply schedule, making water connection, signing the Completion Act for a building structure, getting legal clarifications and many other similar issues which the customers ( individuals or legal entities) face in daily life.
Immediately after registration, the applications are forwarded to the company's respective divisions to respond within the timeframe established by law.
The addresses of customer service offices are:
- Yerevan city: Abovyan 66a, Artashisyan 41, Fuchiki 1/3, Lvovyan 2, Erebuni 5 /temporarily not working/;
- Gyumri city: Doudkoi 1
- Vanadzor city: Nelson Stepanyan 2
In other settlements, applications from customers are accepted in the relevant territorial offices of the company's Commercial Directorates.
